15 August 2005 – Lightsage, Inc. officially opened its Call Center for Seat-Leasing for US Outbound operations. It has signed a Seat-Leasing contract for the provision of 42 Seats. Tridel Technologies, Inc. is contracted to provide Internet connection via its 2 x DS3 gateway.
5 May 2006 – Lightsage, Inc. officially signs a referral partner contract with Touchstar Software Corporation for the purchase of its Predictive Dialer to increase the efficiency and reliability of its dialing and recording infrastructure. The contract was signed by Lightsage President, Mr. Robert A. Deluria and Touchstar Sales Manager, Ms. Tricia Bancod. The initial contract was for the implementation of 120 seats.
April 2007 – Lightsage, Inc. signs for a premium dedicated 6Mbps connection for its VOIP traffic with AsiaNetCom. This 6Mbps augments and provides triple redundancy to the 2 x DS3 Internet Gateway that the center is utilizing.
1 May 2007 – Lightsage, Inc. signs a Seat-Leasing contract for the provisioning of 120 seats for their Australian campaign.
